ahhhhh!

Halfway up the stairs

Halfway up the stairs is a stair where I sit.

There isn't any other stair quite like it.

It's not at the bottom, it's not at the top.

But this is the stair where I always stop.

Halfway up the stairs isn't up and isn't down.

It isn't in the nursery, it isn't in town.

And all sorts of funny thoughts run round my head.

It isn't really anywhere, it's somewhere else instead.

Easier said then...

quick fun little piece inspired by an italian saying i came by, "Tra il dire a il fare, c'e di mezzo il mare." which literally translated means, "between doing and saying lies the sea." which sounded so romantic, i made my piece about love. because very often true love is easier said then done.

feels a little stormy today...

Playing around

walking around my new neighborhood today i found a little art store, very small selection, but still exciting. So i got some new water colors and some paper and went home to play. yay!

in the midst of being stressed out about moving, gurl.com has put up a new comic of mine,...appropriately the one they choose to post is called "Stress Mess" (that's right, it rhymes)
